Teresa Escrig, PhD in AI, works on one of the defining leadership challenges of the AI era: AI capability is advancing faster than the human judgment required to direct it responsibly.
As Founder of Sovereignty Institute, Teresa brings more than 30 years of experience in AI, executive experience at Microsoft and Accenture, more than 130 publications and patents, and over 100 international speaking engagements. She combines technical expertise with an implemented, measurable methodology for strengthening human judgment and decision integrity.
Her work is designed for high-stakes environments, including executive teams, regulated industries and education. She addresses the limits of conventional AI governance, the non-determinism of statistical AI, growing cognitive dependence on AI, and the human capabilities needed as machines increasingly perform cognitive work.
