The AI Speakers Bureau (AISB) is an initiative of Knowledge Networks Group. We operate a professional directory of AI thought leaders and speakers, connecting event organizers and prospective clients with subject matter experts across the artificial intelligence landscape.
This Privacy Policy explains how AISB collects, uses, stores, and protects information provided by speakers listed on the platform and by event organizers or clients who submit booking inquiries through aisb.knowledgenetworks.org.
By using this platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Speaker Profile Data
Speaker profiles published on the AISB platform may include the following information:
- Full name and professional designation
- Photograph or headshot
- Biography and areas of expertise
- Contact or booking information (as designated by the speaker)
- Speaking topics, past engagements, and media links
All speaker profile information is published exclusively with the prior consent of the speaker concerned. Speakers retain the right to request updates, corrections, or complete removal of their profile at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, speakers should contact us at privacy@knowledgenetworks.org. Requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe, ordinarily no later than 14 business days of receipt.
3. Booking Inquiry Data
Event organizers and prospective clients who submit booking inquiries through the platform provide information that may include:
- Name and organizational affiliation
- Contact details (email address, phone number)
- Event name, format, date, and location
- Speaker preferences or topical requirements
This information is used solely to facilitate speaker matching and to manage the booking engagement process. We do not use booking inquiry data for unrelated marketing communications without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.
Booking inquiry data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the relevant engagement process. Once an engagement is concluded or a request is withdrawn, associated personal data is either deleted or anonymized in accordance with this policy.
4. Data Use and Disclosure
AISB does not sell speaker data or client data to any third party. Data shared with us is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Publishing and maintaining speaker profiles on the platform
- Facilitating speaker discovery and booking inquiries
- Communicating with speakers regarding profile accuracy and updates
- Responding to event organizer and client inquiries
- Improving platform functionality and user experience
