About Parag Bhangay
Parag Bhangay is an AI strategy and transformation leader with 25 years of progressive leadership spanning software engineering, business strategy and enterprise AI transformation, with deep experience inside regulated financial institutions.
Most recently, he served as SVP of Enterprise AI Strategy & Transformation at Bank of America, where he built the firm’s enterprise AI operating model from the ground up. His work spanned AI investment governance, enterprise use-case evaluation, technology adoption and responsible AI governance.
In that role, Parag governed approximately $250 million in annual AI investment, evaluated more than 150 use cases as the policy authority and co-developed responsible AI governance frameworks with KPMG and EY to address requirements including those associated with the OCC, SEC and EU AI Act. The operating model supported AI adoption beyond 70% across five lines of business.
In August 2026, he launched Alpha Logica LLC, an independent AI advisory practice focused on advising organisations on AI transformation strategy and technology adoption. He also conducts paid advisory work through GLG and AlphaSights.
