Drs. Hans de Graaf is a Human-AI Collaboration speaker, serial entrepreneur and creator of Brainfulness. His work explores one of the most important questions of the AI era: how can people work with Artificial Intelligence without losing what makes their work — and themselves — human?
With 31 years of entrepreneurial experience, Hans has founded companies across ICT, online learning and interactive video. His career combines technology, learning, entrepreneurship and a deep interest in how people think, decide and find meaning in their work.
He is the creator of Brainfulness, a brain-based model that explores how values influence decisions and purpose at work. He applies this perspective to AI adoption by asking what should remain in human hands when AI takes over parts of a job.
