About Edney “InterNey” Souza
Edney “InterNey” Souza is a professor, speaker and advisory board member specializing in technology and innovation, working at the intersection of applied AI, data culture and governance.
He has worked in the technology industry since 1990 and has co-founded seven startups. He teaches at ESPM, where he curates the Tech & Innovation track of ESPM Dynamic, as well as at Insper, PUCRS, the University of São Paulo (USP), and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
He also serves on the board of the Instituto Inteligência Artificial de Verdade (IAV), focused on ethical AI guidelines, and holds advisory roles with STURM und DRANG in Hamburg and Start2 Group in Munich.
He is the author of the Amazon bestseller “Engenharia de Prompts na Prática” (Prompt Engineering in Practice), as well as “O Mapa do Explorador” and “Transformação Digital”, and is a co-author of several books on governance and technology.
Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Edney works globally and delivers keynotes and corporate training in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
