Rohit Sabikhi is a London-based Senior Technology and AI Commercialisation Leader with nearly 20 years of experience spanning financial services, insurance, energy and retail. His career bridges deep engineering leadership with commercial and product ownership, having built and scaled technology capability within some of the world’s largest consulting and technology organisations.
His experience includes McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Sapient Consulting, Capgemini Invent, Avanade and Capgemini Financial Services.
Rohit is part of the core team establishing a group-level Applied AI capability for a global technology and consulting firm, working with senior international leadership to commercialise Generative AI across financial services. He combines an intrapreneurial approach to identifying and business-casing new capabilities with deep experience in how global systems integrators build, sell and scale technology practices.
His work focuses on turning AI potential into commercially viable, scalable enterprise capability — from AI platforms and multi-agent systems to engineering transformation and new technology practices.
